Journal Keeping....

Have you ever kept a journal? 

I have and still am! I have had one off and on for years! But I have now been keeping one since May 1st, 2010! I have actually filled up one journal and am almost done with my 2nd!!

   

Did you find pleasure in keeping it?

I find joy in righting down what happened, things I have finished sewing, what I want to sew, just about everything else!

Why do you keep a journal?

I keep it because I can't wait until the day my children(and one day Grand-Children and great-grandchildren, and my g-well I guess you get my point!lol) get to read it! And see what my life was like when I was a kid!

Just wanted to post something and that came to mind!

Hello!!

I am still here!!

 As you know Moma had the baby! Rebecca Charlotte! I got to be there for the birth!!! It was amazing! I'm so thankful that I got to be there for the birth of my little sister.

 I got a bunch(probably about 5 yards) of fabric on Saturday!!!!!! I can't wait until I make something!!!lol I don't know what yet. And I got a box of quilt scraps too! 

 Ok I have to go and "rotate the flotates" as Moma says(rotate the clothes:))lol

Fishing With Daddy....

So on Monday Daddy took us 3 girls fishing! It was fun, but we didnt catch anything(no Antonion EVER does!!lol)! But it was still fun being out there with just us girls and Daddy!

Buddy Matts Vist......

 We made him an ice-cream cake for his birthday.

 Levi & Rache had "baby ice-cream"(a.k.a milk/soy free ice-cream)

 Which the baby LOVED!!! Cant you see the joy in(and on) his face?!?!

 "More?!?!"

 We went to the retirement home for church. Daddy talked about...well I don't know because I was with the baby. But I bet it was good!! He handcuffed himself!!

Thats all for now! I'll post pics of things I'v been making.....as soon as I make them!!!lol But if you know me that post might be up by next week!!lol

This Is A Post.....

Hello to my beloved readers.

I am truly sorry for the lack of posts this past week, I haven't been on in a while due to...well life in general.

I finshed the dress I have been working on for about a week!

I don't know if I will keep it, I might sale it to get some more fabric and make another dress!!lol



It has a red hem on the bottom and the sleeves.
With a train also! 



Sorry for the messy room! It is sewing/guest room!
and I am a messy sewer!!lol





The first time I canned something by myself!!!! I'm going to do jelly this week!!


 We(us 5 big kids) went fishing on Sunday with some freinds(after church)! Tim, Nate & Abi are the only ones who cought something!!lol! But they let the fish go(for we had no way of carrying them on the drive home!lol)
 

This was in our front yard this week!!!



Summer is OVER!!!!!!!!! I am glad about that!! For I HATE summer!! And hot days!!









Cookie........sleeping...like a dumb dog, but I love her!!



Moma took me with her today for a checkup for the baby! Everything is good! Only 6 more weeks!!!!!

We did help him out(need I say more):)

Well I got to go freeze some okra and start on dinner!

Hello All.....

How are y'all today?

Fall is in the air!! It is!! It is 63 outside!! And it will be in the 70's just about all week! All the littles are freaking out because it is cold outside! It is really cute!

I wore my new boots today! These but in black! I love 'em!!! I sold my ukulele and got them with the money!!:) 

We finely got to the post office and mailed out Bb's box of stuff!! So you will be getting that soon Bb.

I'm doing my online Horticulture Courses! They are really neat!! I am learning about weeds and how to

keep them at bay, and stuff like that. Let me know if you want the link to the web-site that I am using.

Well the littles want to watch a movie on the lap-top so I got to get off so they can watch "Fireman Sam"!! Matt I have my own movie too(inside joke)!!lol

This Is SO Me.....

I Will Always Love Them....

These are my little brothers and sisters.

I love them SO much!
Even if I don't always show it in the right way.
I sometimes yell at them,
I sometimes tell on them,

But I will ALWAYS love them!

They can sometimes be brats,
or babes,
or just plain mean,

But I will ALWAYS love them!

Even when they mess up my room and don't clean it up,
or if they brake something of mine,

I will ALWAYS love them!

When the Lord grants my wish of becoming a wife and mother,
And I have to move away from home, I will miss them SO much!

I cant wait until that time comes,
but for now I am content,
being a big sister to my little brothers and sisters

Grand-Ma's Party

Yesterday we went down to Cordele for Grand-Ma's 85th birthday party! It was fun! I am glad that we got to go!

What is wrong with the baby??

Well he wanted to watch Star Trek! Yup, he knows what it looks like on Netflix! And he saw it today and wanted to watch it, but he couldn't so he started to cry!! Oh Yea, another Trek fan!!!! All us Ants were raised on Star Trek!!!!
